Party Catering Menus and Bulk Biryani Packages

When you order a package from me, you are getting the full spread, not just the biryani. Every batch is cooked fresh in traditional deghs over a wood fire, which is the only way to get that authentic, masaledaar taste. My packages come with the brinjal curry, dal sweet, and raitha included, so you do not have to scramble for sides at the last minute. The food arrives in foil trays, ready for your table.

How My Catering Works

I do not believe in shortcuts. When you book a party package, I am using the same wood-fire, degh-cooking method for your 10 guests that I use for 100. This is why my biryani has that deep, smoky flavor that gas-stove cooking just cannot replicate.

The Packages

My party menus are designed to take the stress out of your planning. Whether it is a small house party or a big Eid celebration, I have standard combos by the kilo.

• The Biryani Spread: This is my signature. You choose your meat (Chicken or Mutton) and the style (Hyderabadi Dum, Kolkata, or classic Degh). Each order comes with the essential accompaniments: tangy brinjal curry, dal sweet, and fresh raitha.
• Starter Add-ons: You can order my kebabs by the kilo. Everything from Chicken 65 to Shahi Kebab is marinated in my heavy red masala blend and fried crispy.

Practical Details

• Packaging: I deliver in bulk disposable aluminum foil trays. These keep the heat in during transport but make cleanup easy for you.
• Serving: My pricing covers the food preparation. Serving ladles and plates are not included, so please have your own ready.
• Pickup & Delivery: You can pick up your order directly from my kitchen in Shivaji Nagar, or we can arrange delivery for your event across Bangalore.
