Experience a studio designed for real stillness. We combine functional strength with deep relaxation, leaving the mirrors and phones outside so you can focus entirely on yourself.
This is the sanctuary I created for our practice. It is a light-filled, clutter-free space with no mirrors, designed to help you turn your focus inward and move with intention.
Here is a glimpse of a mindful strength class in session. We use controlled movements with light free weights, focusing on building functional strength and body awareness in a small, supportive group setting.
I believe that stillness is as important as movement. That is why half of every class is dedicated to calm mind practices like meditation and conscious breathing, helping you build mental resilience alongside physical strength.
To support our practice, I've incorporated smart, adaptive equipment that provides guided and progressive resistance. This ensures your strength training is always safe, effective, and perfectly aligned with our mindful approach.
This is what deep rest looks like. Many of our sessions conclude with practices like Yoga Nidra, allowing your body and nervous system to fully integrate the work you have done and find profound stillness.
My name is Meghna, and I am the program director here at SAMA. I guide our sessions with the belief that a calm mind is a stress-free mind, and I am here to support you in finding that state of inner silence.
To help you fully disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself, the studio is a dedicated device-free zone. I invite you to leave your phone in a locker and give your mind a true break.
About this collection
Our classes balance 30 minutes of functional movement—using smart resistance tech and bodyweight—with 25 minutes of deep relaxation like Yoga Nidra. We do not just train your muscles; we make sure your nervous system settles down before you step back out into the city.
Why SAMA is different

Our studios in Whitefield are intentionally designed to be device-free and mirror-free zones, helping you turn your attention inward instead of focusing on how you look.

You are using the Aroleap digital resistance system to build functional strength safely and effectively, followed by guided sessions that focus on your mental resilience. Whether it is Yoga Nidra, breathwork, or a sound bath, we ensure every session concludes with real stillness.
