After my delivery, my body felt like it belonged to someone else. These routines are exactly what helped me rebuild my core, manage back pain, and feel like myself again.

This is Day 5 of my weight loss series. As you can see, my son often joins my practice. My yoga is for real moms who are balancing family and their own well-being.
About My Postpartum Story: How I Reclaimed My Body
Most people think you need hours in a gym to see real results, but after my delivery, I barely had 10 minutes to spare. These flows are designed for that reality, focusing on back support and core engagement specifically for the postpartum body without requiring a huge time commitment.
When I started my postpartum journey, I didn't need a heavy workout plan. I needed something that understood my body. My practice focuses on what actually works for new moms. We start with Sukshm Vyayam to gently warm up joints, which is crucial if you have been sedentary.
My routine is built on three pillars:

Core and Pelvic Floor Recovery: We address common issues like Diastasis Recti and the 'belly poonch' through controlled breathing and specific asanas. It is not about sucking it in. It is about healing from within.

Back and Neck Support: Carrying a baby or desk work often wreaks havoc on your posture. These flows target the lower back and shoulders to relieve the tightness that becomes a 'best friend' after delivery.

Consistency over Intensity: You do not need to push to the point of exhaustion. My 21-day series is about showing up for 10 minutes. Whether you had a normal delivery or a C-section, these moves are modified to be safe and effective.
