I see the industry filled with 'influencers' who make bodybuilding look like a fun Reels session. The truth is, it is the opposite. It is the most boring, disciplined, and exhausting sport if you do it right. When I prep for a show like the Sheru Classic or a Mr. India event, there is no room for mistakes. My method is simple: heavy compound movements, exact calorie calculations, and zero shortcuts.

How I Prep Athletes

  • Peak Week Mastery: We don't guess. We manage your water, sodium, and carb intake in the final 7 days to ensure you are dry, vascular, and full on stage.
  • The Diabetic Edge: If you are diabetic, most trainers will be scared to touch your protocol. I am a Type-1 diabetic myself. I know how to manage insulin and glucose levels so you can train hard without crashing.
  • Posing is Part of Training: You can be the biggest guy in the gym, but if you don't know how to hit a pose under bright lights, you lose. We drill poses until they are muscle memory.
