The Trap of Motivation
Everyone acts like motivation is the secret sauce. It is not. Motivation gets you started, but discipline keeps you going when the gym is empty, when the diet feels boring, and when the results are slow. I see so many guys chasing 'influencer' workouts that are just for the camera. Real training is ugly. It involves heavy compound lifts, failed reps, and sweat that does not look good on Instagram. If you want to build a physique that lasts, you have to embrace the boring, repetitive work.
My Approach to the Mental Grind
My coaching is not about making you feel good; it is about making you capable. Whether you are prepping for a contest or trying to manage your body as a Type-1 diabetic, the mindset remains the same. You have to take ownership of your glucose, your nutrition, and your rest. I bring the same intensity to my clients that I brought to the stage when I won Mr. Delhi and Mr. India. I have seen too much 'dhokha' (deceit) in this industry. Coaches promising shortcuts, influencers peddling fake transformations. That is not me. When we work together, you get honest feedback.
