This isn't for casual gym-goers. I help serious athletes build a stage-ready physique through raw, unfiltered, and disciplined contest prep.

This is my mindset. When you step into the gym to prepare for a competition, it's you against everyone else. This heavy deadlift is more than just lifting weight; it's a statement that you will not be outworked.

The result of discipline. This is what a well-structured contest prep achieves. We work on creating a balanced, symmetrical, and conditioned physique, hitting mandatory poses like the front double bicep and back lat spread to highlight every muscle group.

As your coach, I am there for every crucial lift. Here, I am spotting a client during a heavy barbell bench press, ensuring safety and pushing them past their limits. My job is to provide the plan and the support for you to rise.

A heavy barbell squat is a test of will. It builds the foundation for your entire physique. My programs emphasize mastering these fundamental lifts because getting strong under heavy weight builds not just muscle, but the mental toughness to handle contest prep.

Pain is a signal for growth. During prep, you will face moments where you want to quit. This is where the real work begins. I coach my clients to embrace the pain and use it as fuel, because giving up means you prove your doubters right.

This is the final goal. Me on the national stage at the Mr. Satish Sugars Classic competition. I have been through the entire process myself, from the first day of prep to the final moments on stage, and I use that experience to guide my clients to victory.

This is the daily grind. It's about showing up, doing the work, and getting one step closer to your full potential. The final frame shows the conditioning that comes from consistent effort, a key part of my bodybuilding prep philosophy.

About Featured

When we start your contest prep, I personally manage your peak week strategy—water depletion, sodium manipulation, and precise carb loading. It is the final, brutal phase before you step on stage, and I handle the technical calls so you can focus entirely on executing the plan.

Bodybuilding is not just about moving heavy weight. It is about symmetry, conditioning, and mastering the stage. Whether you are aiming for your first state-level show or preparing for nationals, the process demands absolute discipline. I treat contest prep as a surgical intervention for your physique.

We start with heavy compound lifts to build the raw foundation. Squats, deadlifts, and bench presses are non-negotiable. From there, we focus on hypertrophy programming to target lagging body parts, ensuring your physique is balanced from every angle. If you don't squeeze your glutes or hit your mandatory poses with confidence, the judges won't see the work you have put in. I guide you through posing classes, teaching you how to walk, transition, and maintain composure under the lights.

For those in Delhi, we do this in person at 21 Fitness in Vasant Kunj or GK2. We focus on hands-on spotting for max-effort lifts and immediate, daily physique adjustments. If you are remote, we work through weekly video check-ins. I analyze your form, adjust your macro-cycle diet based on your progress photos, and ensure you do not slip up during the crucial final weeks.

This is not a generic workout program. This is a battle against your own limits. If you are ready to put in the work and stop making excuses, reach out. If you are looking for an easy path, this isn't for you.
