In-Person Transformation & Glucose Monitoring
On-Floor Training
- Supervised Sessions: 3 to 4 in-person training sessions per week at the West Delhi facility (Rajouri Garden), focusing on heavy compound lifts and form correction.
- Real-Time Glucose Safety: Immediate checks of CGM or glucometer readings before and during sets to manage intensity and prevent sudden sugar drops.
- Hypertrophy Focus: Advanced lifting techniques adjusted for recovery rates specific to diabetic physiology.
Advanced Protocols
- Dynamic Nutrition: Aggressive diet planning including carb cycling and cutting/bulking phases based on insulin sensitivity.
- Daily Monitoring: Frequent review of fasting sugar and post-meal spikes to fine-tune the transformation plan.
