Natural Bodybuilding Contest Prep & Stage Results
From national competition stages to my students' contest wins, this is the reality of natural bodybuilding. Pure grind, no shortcuts.
This was my moment on stage at the PSL MR AND MRS INDIA 2023. I know the dedication it takes to get here, and I bring that same competitive experience to every client's contest prep.
Here I am with one of my students after his win. His victory is my victory. We worked together with a strict natural bodybuilding prep plan to get him into this winning condition.
When things get tough, we hit the gym harder. This is me pushing through an incline dumbbell press with 30kg weights after checking my conditioning, a key part of building a powerful upper chest for the stage.
"Chal, ek aur nikaal!" That's the energy I bring. Here, I'm doing a set of cable crossovers to define the chest muscles, an essential exercise for creating stage-ready separation.
