Squatting 210kg while on a cutting diet is no joke. This is what I mean by intensity. We maintain strength even in a calorie deficit to preserve muscle mass.

About Heavy Lifting & Intense Training

Most fitness content you see online is staged for the camera, but my sessions at Wellness Club and Subhash Nagar are the opposite. We prioritize compound lifts—heavy squats, deadlifts, and controlled hypertrophy—because that is the only way to build real muscle. If you want a trainer who cares about your form over your angles, this is where we start.

I keep it simple: if you want results, you have to do the work. My training isn't about making pretty videos; it's about pushing past your limits with intensity and discipline. Whether we are doing 210kg squats on a cutting diet or using an arm blaster to isolate the biceps for maximum growth, every session is designed to trigger actual change.

My Approach to Hypertrophy and Strength

  • Compound Foundations: We build everything around heavy compound movements like deadlifts, squats, and overhead presses. These are the bricks of your physique.
  • Isolation Technique: Once the heavy lifting is done, we use controlled isolation exercises—like preacher curls and lateral raises—to polish your symmetry and conditioning.
  • No Shortcuts: No performance enhancers, no fake intensity. Just consistent effort, macro-calculated nutrition, and progressive overload.

As a Type-1 diabetic who has stood on the bodybuilding stage as Mr. Delhi and Mr. India, I know that your condition is not a barrier to greatness.
