On stage, nobody knows I'm a Type 1 diabetic. I prove that this condition doesn't have to stop you from achieving an elite physique with the right knowledge and hard work.

Your physique should speak for itself, you don't need to show off. As a Type 1 diabetic, my confidence comes from knowing I've mastered my body and my health.

You need to understand insulin-carb logic and glucose monitoring before you even pick up a weight. Most trainers do not get the real struggle of a sudden sugar dip mid-set, but I do because I live it daily. We will track your blood sugar and adjust your diet so you can train hard without worrying about your levels.
Look, I have won Mr. Delhi and Mr. India while managing Type-1 diabetes. I do not do this with magic, and I do not do it with hidden shortcuts. I do it by being disciplined about my nutrition and understanding how my body reacts to intense training.
The Reality of Diabetic Training
When you are diabetic, you cannot just follow a generic plan from a random gym bro. You need a setup that accounts for your insulin levels, your pre-workout blood glucose, and your recovery. In my coaching sessions, we are not guessing. We are monitoring.
