About Tennis Performance Coaching
My Coaching Philosophy
I’m Sahaja, and for me, tennis is really about the daily process - not just the wins. What I bring as a coach comes straight from my own life as a pro on the international circuit. The grind, the setbacks, and the comebacks have all shaped how I see the game. I focus on hard work, mental strength, and a full-circle approach, because what you do off the court (like how you eat or if you meditate) matters as much as the hours on it.
What You Get With Me
- All my coaching is built from current, real pro tennis training experience. I don’t teach out of a textbook.
- Technique is huge. We drill your forehand and backhand, sharpen volleys, and break down footwork until it’s second nature.
- I’m big on mental toughness in tennis. Meditation and visualization are tools I use myself and teach to help you handle pressure and come back after tough losses.
- Match strategy is a must. I’ll show you how to adjust your game for singles or doubles, play aggressive, and actually think your way through a match - not just react.
- I run group sessions for juniors too - it’s my way of giving back and showing what’s possible for Indian tennis.
A Bit About Gear
Choosing the right racket and strings really does make a difference. I play with a Yonex Ezone 98 and Polytour Pro strings for control and power, and I can help you find what suits your style.

My Story
Hey, I'm Sahaja. Grew up hustling for every tennis ball, sometimes stringing racquets and tutoring just to stay in the game. From crowd-funding my first pro tour to playing college tennis in the US, I’ve seen the tough side. My family, my team, and God have always backed me. Got a degree in food science too, so I know what goes into an athlete’s body. Now, I’m here to show young players that hard work and resilience can take you far.
