Every title and trophy here represents the culmination of early mornings, tactical discipline, and the daily process. I bring this same professional experience directly to the court with my students.

Winning the W35 doubles title with my partner Hiroko Kuwata was a fantastic experience. Teamwork and communication are skills I emphasize in my doubles coaching. I am so grateful for my team and family who support me through every tournament.

Finishing as a runner-up in the W75 doubles and making the singles quarterfinals at Evansville. Every tournament is a learning experience, and I'm thankful for every match, win or lose.

Holding the SoCal Pro Series singles trophy at the Jack Kramer Club. It was a great week where I didn't drop a set, a testament to consistent performance and mental focus, which are core parts of my coaching.

About this collection

Winning titles like the SoCal Pro Series or the ITF Solapur event taught me that consistency under pressure is more important than raw power. Whether I am playing a final or drilling on the hard courts at PBI Academy in Bengaluru, I bring the exact same mindset: focus on the process, execute the technique, and stay present. When you train with me, we don't just hit balls; we work on the mental habits and nutrition planning that helped me close out these matches against top-200 players.

Success on the professional circuit is rarely about a single spectacular shot. It is the result of thousands of hours of repetition and the ability to maintain composure when the match is on the line. My journey has taken me from local courts to ITF finals in Thailand and winning doubles titles with partners like Hiroko Kuwata, and each of these experiences has shaped my coaching philosophy.

Why the Process Matters

When I coach, I don't rely on generic textbook drills. I teach what I actually use on tour. If you are struggling with your serve mechanics or need to sharpen your footwork for aggressive baseline play, we break it down until the movement becomes second nature.

Beyond the Court

Tennis is a complete lifestyle. Because I have a degree in food science, I often work with students to integrate nutrition into their training plans—something most players neglect until it is too late. We also tackle the mental game. I use the same visualization and meditation techniques that help me navigate the highs and lows of professional tennis to help you stay composed during your own critical match points.

My Approach to Coaching

I offer everything from high-intensity sparring sessions for competitive players to career roadmap consultations for young athletes aiming for the pro level. Whether you are playing for fun or trying to climb the ranking charts, the goal is the same: discipline, resilience, and a love for the game. We train at PBI Academy in Yelahanka, Bengaluru, and I keep my group sizes small to ensure every player gets the attention they need to improve.

I’m Sahaja. I grew up hustling for every tennis ball and eventually fought my way onto the international pro circuit. Now, I use that same real-world experience to help my students in Bengaluru bridge the gap between amateur play and competitive tennis.
