High-Performance Day Boarding Program
Core Tennis Module
5-6 days per week schedule (approx 3-4 hours daily) on UTR-certified international hard courts. Includes group training led by certified coaches under the academy curriculum.
Technical Drills & Analysis
Implementation of specific drills like the X-Drill for recovery and Four-Shot Forehand. Includes periodic biomechanics stroke analysis using Vayu Technology sensors.
Fitness & Recovery
Daily gym sessions for strength (Sorenson Hold) and agility (T-Test assessments). Access to on-site ice baths, contrast baths, and injury management by a resident physio.
Full-Time Residential Academy & Schooling
Elite Tennis Regime
High-intensity schedule featuring morning fitness/drills and evening match play (~25-30 hours/week). Covers aggressive baseline strategies, transition to net, and mental conditioning for match pressure.
Boarding & Nutrition
Shared air-conditioned accommodation within a secure campus, including laundry service. Includes 5 curated high-protein meals daily designed for athletic energy output.
Academic Integration
Integrated CBSE/State Board schooling (Grade 4 to Post Grad) with flexible timings to accommodate tournament travel. Includes calendar management for AITA/ITF circuits.

Why We Do This
I want Indian players to believe they can play at Grand Slam level. Seeing someone from your own country succeed makes it real. I’m here to help you get there, but it’s not a shortcut - it’s a grind, and belief is key.
Who Should Apply
This is for young athletes who are already competing at state, national or ITF level, and want to go pro. If you’re ready to commit to a full-time, tough routine that’ll push you every day, you’ll fit right in. It’s not a summer camp - it’s serious.
What Training Looks Like
We cover everything:
- On-Court Mastery: We focus on technique (like turning flat shots into spin-heavy groundstrokes), strategy (think rope drills and learning how to build points), and movement. You’ll hear us say "Dance, Split, Hit, Recover" - it’s a mantra for footwork.
- Physical Conditioning: Five gym sessions a week, two fitness sessions daily. Core strength, especially your back, is a priority. We use tech to track agility and power. Fatigue training means you’ll last through tough matches.
- Mental Toughness: Discipline, focus, and learning to handle pressure. We teach recovery protocols, nutrition, and sleep. Hum baat karenge (we’ll talk) before starting, to know you as a player and person.
Facilities & Team
Training is at Padukone-Dravid Centre, Bangalore. Floodlit hard courts, state-of-the-art gym, sports science centre, and recovery zones. Residential options for full immersion. You train with global experts - I bring my pro experience, plus directors from Serbia, UK consultants and on-site physios.

My Story
Hey, I’m Rohan Bopanna. Been around the tennis world for ages, but my real buzz is watching kids grow, not just win. Bhoomi program is my heart – we brought kids from Assam who’d never seen a tennis court, gave them everything: food, school, coaching. Watching them laugh, play, and learn here in Bangalore, you see real talent. For me, it’s about giving every kid a shot, building good people, not just tennis champs.
