Junior Foundation Program (Red & Orange Ball)
Core Coaching
- Session Duration: 90 Minutes per session.
- Equipment: Usage of Red (75% slower) or Orange (50% slower) foam balls on scaled-down courts (36ft to 60ft).
- Ratios: Small group setting (approx 1:6 to 1:8) for individual grip and stance correction.
Holistic Development
- Motor Skills: Drills focused on Agility, Balance, and Coordination (ABC) using ladders and cones.
- Facility: Access to maintained Clay courts which are easier on young joints.
Performance Development Program (Green Ball)
Technical & Tactical
- Volume: Approx. 10-12 hours of on-court tennis per week using full-size regulation courts (78ft).
- Ball Type: Green Dot balls (25% reduced speed) transitioning to standard Yellow balls.
- Drills: High-intensity rally drills, serve progression, and pattern play.
Conditioning & Science
- Fitness: Dedicated off-court sessions using resistance bands, medicine balls, and body-weight exercises.
- Match Play: Internal practice matches and sets to build competitive temperament.
Elite High-Performance & Pro Training
Professional Volume
- Training Load: 3.5 to 4 hours daily featuring split Morning and Evening sessions.
- Surface Mastery: Primary training on Red Clay for sliding mechanics and point construction, with Hard court adaptation sessions.
- Planning: Periodization of training based on tournament calendar (Off-season loading vs. Pre-tournament tapering).
Sports Science Suite
- Strength & Conditioning: Olympic lifts, plyometrics, and core stability in the on-site functional fitness zone.
- Support Team: Access to Sports Psychology, Nutrition planning, and Physio for injury prevention.
- Career Mgmt: Assistance with AITA/ITF rankings strategy and US College recruitment pathways.
Adult Recreational & Fitness Tennis
Session Structure
- Format: Group drills focusing on high repetition (basket drills) for cardio and consistency.
- Tactics: Doubles and Singles strategy coaching with supervised match play.
- Correction: Stroke analysis to fix recreational habits (grip changes, footwork).

How I Coach
- I combine pro-level training with a long-term approach. That means you’ll get plenty of time working on the basics (I’m a bit obsessed with tennis footwork training and making sure your technique feels natural).
- Fitness isn’t optional. Expect strength work, agility drills, recovery routines, and all the gear from ladders to bands.
- We talk a lot about the mental side. Tennis mental toughness coaching is part of every session - goal setting, focus drills, and learning to handle pressure.
Programs for Everyone
- Junior tennis development: Little kids start with red balls and small courts, then move up to bigger courts and faster games as they grow.
- Adult beginner tennis lessons and advanced coaching: Whether you’re picking up a racquet for the first time or aiming for league wins, I’ve got you.
- High-performance tennis camps: For the ambitious ones eyeing national and international tournaments, the grind is real - full schedule, tough drills, and lots of support.
Where We Train
Courts are spread across Bangalore - Jakkur, Electronic City, Sampigehalli. Different surfaces, tournament-style setups.
