About Sports Nutrition Consultation

My Story: From Tennis Player to Nutrition Guide

I've spent years competing for India as a tennis player, and I learned the hard way that what you eat is almost as important as how you train. My degree in food science and nutrition came out of that struggle to find what really works for my body - not just what the internet says. Now, I help other athletes figure this out for themselves.

What I Believe About Food

Food is personal. No single plan fits everyone, especially when you're training hard or playing tournaments. I've seen how eating the right things, even a couple of days before a match, can totally change your game. My approach is to listen to your body and help you tune into what makes you feel strong and focused.

What I Offer

  • Personalized meal planning, not just generic rules. I help you find foods that work for your taste and training needs.
  • Pre-match nutrition tips based on my own experience, so you can peak at the right time.
  • Sorting through supplements - I’ve tried plenty during back-to-back tournaments and can explain what actually matters for recovery and endurance.
  • Building habits, not just strict diets. My goal is for you to learn how to manage your own nutrition for the long haul.

No Shortcuts, Only Process

Getting your athlete meal planning right takes trial and error, just like training. I’ve got firsthand experience, and I’m here to help you figure out your own best path.

Got a degree in food science too, so I know what goes into an athlete’s body. Now, I’m here to show young players that hard work and resilience can take you far.
