About High-Performance Tennis Training
We’re all about serious, competitive tennis. If you’re aiming for tournaments, not just casual rallies, our high-performance program is built for you. The grind is real - think sweat, drills, and proper hustle on court.
What Training Looks Like
- Technique comes first. We break down every shot - forehand, backhand, volleys - and fix your form on the spot. You’ll hear us say, "Saamne dekh!" (look forward) and "Aage se!" (from the front) a lot.
- Footwork gets special focus. We push advanced footwork drills like the Spanish drill, making you faster and sharper.
- Hitting sessions are intense. Rallying with our coaches helps you deal with pressure and keep your shots solid.
Tournament Focus
AITA tournament preparation is at the heart of what we do. We run in-house matches so you get real game experience before facing the official circuit. Our players like Likith S Gowda have picked up big wins and runner-up spots in national events. We want to see you there next.
Athlete Mindset & Body
High performance means building the whole athlete. We include tennis fitness and conditioning to boost your endurance and strength. Yoga and meditation sessions help with flexibility and mental toughness for tennis - so you stay cool when things get heated.
Our Vibe
We’re a team first. Training together on our clay courts, pushing each other, and celebrating wins as a family. If you’re ready to put in the work, let’s get started.

You’ll catch us cutting birthday cakes on the clay after a tough session. Our coaches, our kids, everyone’s part of this madness. Team effort, every single day.
