Professional Tennis Training and Fitness Drills
You cannot shortcut the basics. My training sessions focus on the specific physical conditioning and technical drills needed to build a winning foundation.
Preseason preparation is intense but essential. This video shows some of the strength and conditioning work I do, including kettlebell swings and deadlifts, to build the power and endurance needed for a long season.
A glimpse into my gym routine, focusing on building functional strength for tennis. Every exercise is designed to improve power on the court, from serves to groundstrokes.
I believe in the process. These photos show me working with my coach on specific techniques and shot placements. This is the kind of detailed, hands-on training I provide.

About this collection
When we train, we focus on high-repetition basket drills with tournament-grade balls to build consistency, paired with off-court functional strength work. This isn't just hitting balls, we are refining your split-step and court coverage so your technique holds up when you are tired in a long match.
Success on the court is the result of what you do when no one is watching. I treat my coaching sessions with the same discipline I bring to my own pro-tour preparation at the PBI Academy in Bengaluru. Whether you are working on your forehand mechanics or building the explosive power required for rapid court movement, the focus remains on building reliable, consistent muscle memory.
My training methodology breaks down into two core areas. On-court, we prioritize technical work. We will break down your strokes, grip, and stance, using high-repetition drills until they become second nature. I provide immediate, real-time feedback on your footwork, teaching you how to split-step and recover so you are always in the optimal position to strike.
Off-court, we address the physical demands of the sport. As a professional, I know that tennis requires functional strength, not just gym bulk. We use resistance bands, kettlebell work, and specific agility exercises that translate directly to your speed and stamina during a match.
This is a rigorous approach, designed for players who are serious about their development and willing to put in the hours. We use tournament-grade balls like Yonex or Dunlop for every drill, so you get used to the bounce and feel you will actually face in competition. If you are ready to stop just playing and start training, let’s get on court.
