From international tournament wins to local court training, my sessions focus on the technical discipline and mental toughness needed to compete at a high level.

This was a special moment for me, capturing my first WTA 125 win on grass. My coaching is built on experiences like this, where adapting my footwork and strategy to a new surface was key to winning.

Becoming India's No. 1 women's tennis player was a milestone that I am incredibly grateful for. It was a result of years of dedication, and it's this level of focus and commitment I bring to my coaching sessions.

I believe in giving back to the next generation of Indian tennis. Here, I'm talking to young players at the PBI Tennis Academy about the importance of mental toughness, sharing techniques like meditation and visualization that I use on tour.

The grind never stops, even when traveling for tournaments. This was a footwork and agility drill session in the Dominican Republic. Explosive movement is fundamental in tennis, and it's something we will work on extensively.

That feeling of winning a title after a tough week of competition. This was after securing the SoCal Pro Series singles title. I teach my students how to build the resilience needed to fight through long tournaments and come out on top.

Net play can win matches. This is a clip of me drilling volleys to sharpen my reflexes and technique at the net. In our sessions, we'll focus on developing quick hands and confident net strategy for both singles and doubles.

The mental side of tennis is just as important as the physical. This moment captures the focus and intensity required during a high-pressure point. I help players develop the mental fortitude to stay strong and play their best when it matters most.

About this collection

When we step onto the court at PBI Academy, we go beyond simple rallies. I focus on building the same muscle memory and mental framework I use on the pro circuit, whether that means breaking down your grip for consistent topspin or applying visualization techniques to manage match pressure. You get a training style rooted in real tournament experience, designed to help you think like a pro rather than just hitting like one.

My coaching philosophy is simple: tennis is about the daily process, not just the match result. I do not teach out of a textbook. My methods are built on the years I have spent navigating the international circuit, dealing with setbacks, and winning titles.

How We Train

  • Technical Precision: We will drill your forehand, backhand, and volleys until your footwork is instinctual. I focus on high-repetition basket drills to sharpen your accuracy and consistency.
  • The Mental Game: Tennis is often decided in the head before it is won on the court. I teach the specific meditation and visualization tools that have been critical to my own performance under pressure.
  • Nutrition for Performance: With my degree in food science, I can help you understand how to fuel your body for practice sessions and match-day recovery. What you eat directly impacts your energy on the court.

Whether you are a junior player looking to build a strong foundation or a competitive athlete trying to break into the next ranking bracket, my goal is to provide a clear roadmap. We will work on your game, your mindset, and your off-court habits, ensuring you have the tools to handle the demands of the sport.

I am Sahaja. Tennis has taken me from local courts to the pro circuit, and I have learned that the biggest breakthroughs happen in the quiet, repetitive hours of training. I coach because I want to pass on the technical and mental tools that kept me in the game when things got tough.
