- Schedule: 5 Days a week | 1.5 Hours Tennis + 30 Mins Fitness per session.
- Stroke Mechanics: Correction of grip, swing path, and contact point for injury free power generation.
- Drills: Basket feeding patterns for consistency (Cross court/Down the line) and introduction to live rallies.
- Match Play: Guided point play to understand court positioning and scoring strategies.
Athletic Conditioning
- Agility Work: Daily routines using ladders and cone drills to improve lateral movement and reaction time.
- Endurance: Track running basics to build stamina for 3 set matches.
Program Support
- Ratio: 1:6 Coach to Student ratio ensuring adequate attention.
- Assessments: Quarterly monitoring of technical improvements.
- Equipment: Usage of standard pressureless training balls and AITA approved match balls.
Elite High-Performance Program (State & National)
Advanced Coaching & Tactics
- Schedule: 6 Days a week | Double Sessions (Morning Fitness + Evening Tennis).
- Elite Technique: Focus on high velocity ball striking, hand acceleration drills, and serve biomechanics tuning.
- Strategic Play: Advanced point construction and tactical adaptability for AITA/ITF opponents.
- Mentorship: Low 1:4 player to coach ratio with direct feedback from the Head Coach.
Integrated Sports Science
- Physiotherapy: Full access to on site physio team for injury prevention, recovery massages, and rehab.
- Gym & Strength: Access to gym for weight training (deadlifts/squats) and plyometrics.
- Terrain Training: Specialized off court sessions including Sand Training for stability and Hill Sprints for explosive power.

- Tournament Planning: Personalized calendar planning for AITA (CS, SS, NS) and ITF Junior tournaments.

Training on Court and Beyond
- On court, expect to hear me shout - Body dheela kar, distance bana na, haath upar rakh (loosen up, maintain distance, keep your hand up). We drill the basics till they’re rock solid, then add power and consistency for real match play.
- Off court, our tennis fitness program covers gym work (deadlifts, squats, plyos), mad hill or sand sessions, even boxing pads for racket speed.
- Injury management is part of the journey - our in-house physios keep you fighting fit and travel with you for big tournaments.

My Story
I’m Neel Garud, and honestly, my story isn’t just mine. It’s all those kids hustling on the court, winning trophies from state to nationals. Dekho, I’ve trained champs like Kriish Tyagi and Tanussh Ghildyal, but the real kick is seeing someone like Ishaan go from rank 73 to 9 in one year. We grind—sand training, hill sprints, gym, jo bhi lage (whatever it takes). When my students succeed, that’s my real win. Making champions is all I care about.
