The pro circuit is more than just matches. It is a constant cycle of travel, recovery, and discipline, all aimed at staying competitive at the highest level.

It was great to be back in the United States and connect with new and old friends. The relationships you build on tour are one of the best parts of this life. I'm so thankful for the people who have helped me along the way.

About this collection

Traveling for the pro circuit means my life revolves around preparation and recovery. When I am in tournament weeks, like those in Santo Domingo, the reality is managing time zones, finding the right nutrition, and staying mentally sharp while living out of a suitcase. I bring this exact discipline to my coaching at PBI Academy, teaching students that what happens off the court is just as important as the hitting.

What you see in these images is the reality of the tennis life. It is not just about the wins. It is about the constant travel, dealing with fatigue, and coming back home to train with focus. My food science background is a big part of how I handle this. When you see me with recovery products on tour, it is a calculated choice to stay hydrated and ready for the next match. That is the kind of detail I emphasize in my nutrition and athlete assessment sessions.

I do not use textbooks to coach. I use the lessons I have learned from years on the international circuit. Whether we are working on your forehand mechanics, your footwork, or your match strategy, my goal is to share what I have learned about mental toughness. Tennis is as much about your off-court habits—meditation, visualization, and disciplined training—as it is about your physical skill. If you are training in Bengaluru, my approach is to help you build a routine that allows you to play your best under real match pressure.
