- Zumba Mix: 45 to 60 minute high intensity sessions fusing Latin and Bollywood rhythms.
- Equipment Integration: Usage of aerobic steppers (risers) for cardio and light dumbbells for strength conditioning.
- Routine Structure: Includes active warm ups, main high energy segments, and 5 to 10 minute cool down stretches.
Facility & Experience
- Studio Specs: Air conditioned space featuring professional shock absorbing wooden flooring and a high wattage sound system.
- Batch Access: Entry to specific morning or evening group batches (typically 3 to 5 days a week).
- Guidance: Instructor led sessions with real time motivation and form cues.

Session Components
- Asana Practice: Guided instruction through standard poses like Cobras and Warriors focusing on alignment and posture.
- Flexibility Training: Targeted deep stretching segments for splits and backbends adapted to individual limits.
- Breathwork: Allocated time for Pranayama exercises (Kapalbhati, Anulom Vilom) and relaxation (Savasana).
Environment
- Setting: Air conditioned indoor studio with a calm, low volume acoustic atmosphere.
- Duration: Full 60 minute sessions led by a yoga practitioner.
- Equipment: Studio floor space provided; personal mats recommended for hygiene.
Single Session Drop-In Pass
Flexibility & Access
- Single Entry: Valid for one standard 60 minute class of either Zumba, Aerobics, or Yoga.
- No Commitment: Pay as you go model with no registration charges or lock in contracts.
- Scheduling: Redeemable for any batch time subject to immediate slot availability.
In Studio Usage
- Full Facilities: Access to AC, studio flooring, and workout props (steppers/weights) for the duration of the class.
- Instruction: Full participation in the group workout led by the scheduled trainer.

What Fitness Means To Me
I don't see fitness as a punishment. For me, it's all about finding your groove and celebrating what you can do right now. If moving feels like fun, you're more likely to stick with it - simple funda hai (that's my philosophy). I focus on making movement something you actually look forward to.
What I Offer
At my Noida Sector 137 studio, you can choose what clicks for you:
- Zumba: This is more than a dance workout routine - it's a party every time. We mix up the moves with full-body cardio classes, sometimes throw in step aerobics or dumbbells. You don’t need to be a pro, just show up and dance.
- Yoga: I’ve got yoga for beginners as well as those who've been rolling out their mat for years. We go through asanas, deep stretches for flexibility, and breathing to help you chill out. Adults and kids - sabko welcome hai (everyone is welcome).
Who Can Join
Anyone who wants to move! I run group exercise sessions for adults, pre-teens, and kids. There are morning batches, regular classes, and special summer camps for the little ones.
Studio Vibe
My studio’s got full-length mirrors, proper wooden flooring, and an energy that hits you as soon as you walk in. Feels like the kind of place where you can just be yourself and get moving.
Keeping It Real
No magic shortcuts here. Some days will be tough, but you’ll always have support and a bit of masti (fun). If you’re waiting for motivation, bas aa jao (just come). Let’s get moving together.

My Story
Never miss a chance to dance, that's my motto! Before S2S Dance Studio, I was deep in acting, soaking up every bit of theatre at NSD. Dance, for me, is more than steps—it's about feeling, expression, real connection. Our studio's packed with laughter, music, kids running around, adults shaking off stress, all celebrating together—Diwali, Holi, Navratri, full-on masti (fun)! My students, honestly, they're family. This isn't just a studio, it's our happy space.
