Kids and Pre-Teens Dance and Yoga Classes in Noida
My studio in Sector 137 is the happy space where kids and pre-teens come to find their rhythm, build flexibility, and just be themselves. Whether it is their first dance step or learning yoga, it is all about having fun while growing stronger.

About this collection
In my kids' and pre-teens' batches, we focus on safe, progressive flexibility work and proper alignment. Whether it is working on full splits or finding the right balance in yoga, I ensure every child learns the technique correctly so they feel capable and strong rather than just copying movements.
I created this corner because I believe movement should be a celebration, not a chore. My studio in Noida Sector 137 is designed to be a safe, judgment-free zone where kids can explore Bollywood dance, hip hop, and yoga without the pressure to be perfect.
What happens in our classes?
- Flexibility & Technique: We do not just jump around. I guide students through structured stretching—like wall-assisted splits and leg extensions—that helps improve their range of motion safely.
- Kids' Yoga: We cover everything from basic asanas to breathing exercises. It is a fantastic way for children to develop focus and calmness, which is especially helpful in today's fast-paced world.
- The Studio Vibe: Your kids are dancing on professional, shock-absorbing wooden flooring with AC to keep them comfortable. The studio walls are covered in vibrant, custom graffiti art, which helps keep the energy levels high.
