My Zumba sessions are all about the mix, where we fuse Latin beats with Bollywood hits, using steppers and light weights to keep your heart rate up without it feeling like a punishment. You don't need to be a pro to step onto our wooden flooring, just bring your energy, and we'll handle the rest.

What to Expect
- The Routine: We run 45 to 60-minute sessions that blend high-energy Zumba moves with step aerobics and light dumbbell conditioning. It’s structured to include active warm-ups, intense cardio segments, and a proper cool-down to keep you safe.
- The Space: We built this studio for movement. You get professional shock-absorbing wooden flooring to protect your joints, a high-wattage sound system, and full AC because I know how tough Delhi summers can get.
- Flexibility: Don't want to commit to a month? Just drop in. We offer a single-session pass so you can come for a class, see the vibe, and decide. No lock-in contracts here, just show up when you're ready.
