About Competitive Taekwondo for Athletes
Mission: Indian Champions, Global Dreams
Taekwondo is everything to us. Making champions for India, that's our goal. Every medal isn’t just a win — it's our desh ki izzat (country's pride). We train with one thing in mind: Indian Taekwondo ko Olympics tak le jaana hai (taking Indian Taekwondo to the Olympics).
Who Fits Here?
This isn’t for the faint-hearted. I want athletes who are hungry for more - not just medals, but the grind that comes before it. We work with:
- Serious competitors (adults, youth, cadets)
- Para-athletes ready to level up with para taekwondo coaching
- Those aiming for national, Asian Games, or Olympic taekwondo preparation
- Anyone who refuses to stay down after a tough loss
Training, Real Talk
No shortcuts. Only hard work and smart training. Our system covers:
- Advanced sparring and taekwondo sparring drills, Friday fight sessions, game plans
- Elite taekwondo training with scientific methods (RAMP warm-ups, footwork, plyo, S&C, coordination drills)
- Mindset coaching: building mental toughness, calmness, and resilience
- Nutrition for taekwondo athletes and weight management with parent workshops because ghar ki support bhi zaroori hai (family support matters too)
Family, Not Just Fighters
Here, you’re family. We rise, we fall, we get up together. It’s not just about kicking but about building people who stand strong in and out of the ring.
Results That Matter
Our athletes top world rankings — every Indian in the World Top 50 (as of 2025) came from our academy. We’ve got medals from Olympic qualifiers, World Championships, Australian Open, Asian Championships, and more. Results show the process works, but it’s your hard work that makes the difference. Sabka time aata hai (everyone's time comes).
