Competition Sparring and Kyorugi Training
This is where training meets reality. We do not just teach theory; we focus on full-contact, Olympic-style Kyorugi to sharpen your timing, strategy, and resilience under pressure.

About Competition Sparring (Kyorugi)
If you join our Elite Competition Program, expect to spend 90 to 120 minutes in full protective gear. We do not just drill technique; we manage weight categories, work on electronic scoring strategy, and break down your biomechanics to ensure you are tournament-ready, not just fitness-ready.
Training for the Ring
Competitive Kyorugi (sparring) requires more than just kicking ability. It requires physical conditioning, mental fortitude, and precise tactical awareness. In our sessions, we bridge the gap between practicing kicks and winning fights.
We structure our Elite Competition Program to simulate real-world match conditions. Students move from basic footwork to complex sparring drills that mimic the pace and pressure of state and national championships. This means you will be working with headgear, chest guards, and electronic scoring targets every week.
Why Our Approach Works
- Tournament Tactics: We don't just teach you how to kick; we teach you when to kick. We focus on corner management, ringcraft, and how to score points based on current competition rules.
- Conditioning for Combat: Matches are exhausting. Our plyometric training and stamina work ensure you have the energy to dominate the final round when your opponent starts to fade.
- Direct Feedback: Under my supervision, we analyze your stance and reaction times. If your guard is dropping or your transition from defense to attack is too slow, we fix it immediately.
Is This For You?
If you want to compete at the District, State, or CBSE National levels, this is the environment you need. Discipline is mandatory, and full-contact participation is expected. If you are serious about standing on the podium, this is where you start.
