About Competitive Taekwondo Coaching
Who We Are
We're Prahar Taekwondo Academy and our goal is simple - train for gold. I’m Digvijay Kushwaha, and for me, Taekwondo starts with discipline. No shortcuts - just hard work and steady improvement. If you’re serious about competing, this is where you’ll find real coaching and real results.
What We Train
We coach for both sides of competitive Taekwondo:
- Advanced sparring (Kyorugi): Fast kicks, sharp footwork, and Olympic Taekwondo training routines. You’ll be on the mat with full gear, prepping for real fights.
- Taekwondo forms (Poomsae): It’s not just about power - you need form, rhythm, and control. We drill you till you move like a pro and judges take notice.
The Road to Medals
We help you climb from local to national competitions:
- Start with district and school fights - we build your base and confidence.
- Next, state championships and big Delhi events. Many of our athletes win Delhi State Taekwondo medals, year after year.
- Then come nationals and big leagues like Khelo India. We’ve got students on the Delhi State Team and CBSE Nationals.
Our Fighters’ Achievements
Our team’s got a record - 14 out of 15 fighters medaled in a single tournament. We’ve got champs in youth Taekwondo tournaments, national selections, and state podiums. Proud of every kid who fights for us.
