We do not just teach blocks and kicks. We train students to compete, fight, and win medals at district and national championships. Here is a look at the training that builds our champions.

This is what my training delivers: a knockout punch in a competitive match. My student, Obalesh, demonstrates the power and precision we drill every single day.

This is the goal: a gold medal at the CBSE National Taekwondo Championship. I am proud of my student Anshul Tanwar for this significant victory in the Junior under 68kg category.

We focus heavily on reaction training and full-contact sparring drills. Here, you can see my students practicing head kicks and defensive movements in full protective gear, preparing them for real match scenarios.

This is my team of sub-junior competitors, geared up and ready. I instill discipline and a competitive spirit from a young age, building a strong foundation for future champions.

Agility and speed are non-negotiable for a competitive fighter. This video shows my students executing high-intensity footwork drills using hurdles and cones to improve their quickness on the mat.

The journey to a black belt is a testament to years of dedication. I am proud to present the first Kukkiwon certified black belt batch from my academy.

Beyond sparring, we also excel in competitive Poomsae. This is a look at my students practicing Music Poomsae, a discipline that combines technical precision with rhythm and artistry.

Strength is built from the ground up. This eight-year-old student demonstrates a one-leg squat, a difficult exercise that shows the level of physical conditioning I expect and develop in my athletes.
