I don't train people to just look good; I train you to perform. Whether you're a fighter, a basketball player, or a serious athlete, we work on raw power, explosive movement, and bulletproofing your body. Tagde raho.

This is what my training is all about. We build complete athletes by focusing on the core pillars of performance: explosive power through lifts, relentless endurance on the rower, and game-changing speed with plyometric jumps.

If you play basketball, this is for you. I build programs to directly increase your vertical jump with exercises like trap bar jumps, box jumps, and squat push presses. We train to dominate on the court.

This is raw strength. Here I am hitting a 150 kg squat for reps. We build a powerful foundation with heavy compound lifts, done with perfect form, to make you strong from the ground up.

For my fighters, power is everything. This tutorial shows how I combine boxing drills with strength exercises like the landmine punch and push press to increase your hand speed and knockout power.

Strength is useless if you are injured. I focus on "bulletproofing" the body, especially the knees. This video shows dynamic knee stability drills I use to keep my athletes healthy and performing at their peak.

Here is one of my dedicated female athletes putting in the work. We are building a strong posterior chain and core with a circuit of rowing, elevated squats, and stability ball hip thrusts. No shortcuts, just determination.

I don't just train athletes, I build champions. I am incredibly proud of my client Raja Chaudhary for his dedication and for winning the gold medal at the National Mixed Martial Arts competition. This is what we work for.

For me, lifting is a form of meditation. It is my bhakti. This deadlift is more than just moving weight; it is about building physical and mental strength, rooted in discipline. Jai Shree Ram.

This isn't about counting reps; it's about checking your form against physics. I personally record your heavy lifts, like your 150 kg squat or clean and jerk, to analyze your bar path and knee tracking instantly. We fix the movement pattern on the spot, so your next set is not just heavier, but safer and more powerful.

Building Real Power

Most gym routines are designed for mirrors, not movement. My sessions at Gold's Gym Palam Vihar and across the Dwarka Expressway area are built for athletes who need to run faster, jump higher, or hit harder. If you are training for a sport—be it MMA, basketball, or track—we don't just lift weights. We work on the sagittal, frontal, and transverse planes to ensure that the power you build in the gym actually translates to your game.

My Four Pillars of Performance

  1. Explosive Power: We utilize Olympic lifts, plyometrics, and contrast training to increase your force production. This is how we build game-changing speed.
  2. Sport-Specific Work: Every plan is tailored to the physical demands of your sport. We identify what limits your performance and build a protocol to fix it.
  3. Raw Strength: We focus on the Big 3 compound lifts—Squat, Bench, and Deadlift—to build a powerful posterior chain. Perfect form is non-negotiable.
  4. Bulletproofing: An athlete who is always injured is an athlete who never wins. I incorporate specific mobility flows, joint health exercises, and injury prevention protocols to keep you off the bench.

Whether you are looking for 12 sessions of foundational strength or a 24-session Advanced Athlete Protocol, expect high intensity. My job is to push you past the limits you’ve set for yourself.
