Yoga isn't just about poses; it's the real medicine. Here is the 'why' behind my teaching and how we make fitness, not chores, a part of your daily life.

Exercise is the world's best medicine. If you take this one medicine, you might not need any others. Here, my students demonstrate partner poses that build strength and trust, embodying this philosophy.

Do you ever forget to brush your teeth? Then why do we forget to exercise? Health is something we only value when it's gone. I believe in making exercise a non-negotiable part of your daily routine.

Before you lift weights, learn to lift your own body weight first. That is what makes you truly strong. My students here are building foundational strength using their own bodies and simple props.

As cricketers Hardik Pandya and Rohit Sharma say, your mind gets tired, not your body. A strong mind is the key to a strong game, in cricket and in life. Here, I help a student push past their mental limits.

We are honored to be rated as one of the top 3 best yoga classes in Mumbai. This is a testament to the hard work of my students and our shared journey towards health and wellness.

Inversions, where the heart is above the head, and the world feels right. My students here are finding a new perspective and building strength and balance together.

About My Yoga Philosophy & Inspiration

I didn't start my journey on a yoga mat; I found it while working in finance. That's why I treat yoga as a medical intervention, not a hobby. When you walk into my Vile Parle studio, we don't just 'stretch.' We use wall ropes, aerial hammocks, and chairs to fix specific issues like chronic back pain or posture imbalances. If you are tired of generic fitness routines that leave you feeling stiff, let's talk about how to actually fix the root cause.
