About Meet Your Trainer
I’m not here to just hand you a generic diet chart and wish you luck. When you train with me, I watch your form during every single set, whether it’s battle ropes or heavy squats, and correct you on the spot. If you want someone to cheer for you one minute and tell you, 'Adu bere workout madbeku!' (You have to actually do the workout!) the next, we’ll get along just fine.
Fitness at RR Iron Fitness isn't about punishment; it is about building habits that actually stick. My approach is simple: no shortcuts. You cannot expect results if you only show up when it is convenient. Whether you are a beginner stepping into a gym for the first time or someone prepping for a specific goal, my role is to ensure you do not hurt yourself while trying to get stronger.
My Training Philosophy
I focus heavily on functional training. We use kettlebells, battle ropes, and free weights because I want you to be strong for real life, not just for the mirror. My training sessions are designed to move your body in ways that increase your daily stamina and mobility.

- Form Correction: I am constantly on the floor. I would rather you lift lighter weight with perfect form than heavy weight and risk an injury. I will be right there to adjust your posture during every set.
- Diet Accountability: Fitness is 70% what you eat. I provide structured, South Indian-friendly diet plans that focus on sustainable weight loss and maintenance rather than extreme deprivation.
- The Community Vibe: RR Iron Fitness is a family. You will find people here who cheer for you, not judge you. We have a mix of regular folks and people training for specific roles, so you never feel out of place.
