Real Fitness and Community at RR Iron Fitness
At RR Iron Fitness, we don’t just train—we build a squad. From weekend dance-aerobics to functional strength training, this is where Rajarajeshwari Nagar comes to sweat, laugh, and get stronger together.
This is what I mean by 'fitness family'. We work hard, but we also know how to have fun and push each other with friendly challenges like this tug of war. It’s all about building strength and community at the same time.
I believe in leading by example. Here I am with the battle ropes, a fantastic tool we use in our functional training sessions for a full-body workout that builds power and endurance.
Our girl gang is strong. This is just a glimpse of the amazing women who show up, support each other, and prove that strength comes in many forms. We lift weights and we lift each other up.
Say goodbye to boring cardio. Our weekend aerobics sessions are high-energy, full of fun dance moves, and guaranteed to make you sweat with a smile. It's a workout party.
A little reality check for you. Joining the gym is the first step, but you have to do the work. This is a common conversation I have, and remember, *adu bere workout madbeku!* (You actually have to work out!).
Our squad is for everyone. Here’s a look at one of our mixed group sessions where men and women train together, proving that fitness has no gender. The energy is always better when we're all in.
This is the result of consistency and dedication. I don't just train you; I live this lifestyle. My goal is to help you feel this strong and confident in your own body.
Even in a group setting, your form is my priority. Here you can see me providing support during a challenging core strengthening exercise. You get the energy of the group with the attention you need to progress safely.
About Featured
You will notice plenty of smiles in these photos, but do not let that fool you—we work hard. Whether you are using battle ropes or hitting the aerobics floor, my focus is always on form and showing up, not just for a three-month phase but for a long-term lifestyle. If you are looking for a place where you are held accountable and part of a real squad, you have found it.
At RR Iron Fitness, we keep things real. You won’t find fancy AC machines or trendy corporate fitness gimmicks here. Instead, you get a rubberized floor, kettlebells, dumbbells, and a community that actually wants you to succeed. My approach to personal and group training is simple: consistency beats everything.
Why Train With Us?
- Functional Training: We focus on movements that make you stronger for daily life—think squats, lunges, and battle ropes. It is not just about looking good; it is about feeling capable.
- Dance & Aerobics: Friday and Saturday nights are for turning up the volume. It is high-energy, it is fun, and it is a calorie-burning session that does not feel like a chore.
- Small Group Personal Training: For those who need more guidance, I run small pods with a 1:5 trainer ratio. You get personal correction on compound lifts and strict diet monitoring to ensure you actually see results.
The "Shilpa" Reality Check
Clients often walk in asking to drop 3kg in a single week. My answer is always the same: Adu bere workout madbeku! (You actually have to work out!). If you join for three months, skip the sessions, and then complain about your weight, I will be the first one to call you out. I do not believe in quick fixes. I believe in showing up, fixing your form, and being part of the squad. Whether you are prepping for a movie role or it is your first time stepping into a gym, you are welcome here—as long as you are ready to put in the effort.
Shilpa
I am Shilpa, and I run the show at RR Iron Fitness. I am here to make sure you actually sweat during your hour, not just scroll through your phone. If you want a trainer who will correct your squat form while laughing at your bad jokes, you are in the right place.
