This is how we welcome everyone to our group classes. Fitness is for everybody, and we make it fun and accessible, as you can see from our aerobics session in full swing.

About Weekend Energy: Dance & Aerobics

I hold these sessions every Friday and Saturday evening, and the music is usually loud enough to drown out any complaints about being tired. We keep the choreography simple so you don't need any dance experience to follow along. It is less about getting the steps perfect and more about hitting a sweat, so just show up in your workout gear and follow my lead.

We turn our gym floor into a space where the music is loud and the energy is even higher. If you find standard treadmill routines a bit monotonous, these aerobics sessions are your solution. We mix pop tracks—sometimes even local hits—with basic aerobic movements to get your heart rate up.
