Strategy and Drills
In my sessions, we stop focusing on broad learning and start narrowing down your A-game. If you are a guard player, we polish your sweeps. If you prefer top pressure, we work on your passing combinations. We drill until your movements become instinctual, so you can execute them without overthinking.
Mental Preparation
The hardest part of a tournament is often the wait between matches. We simulate tournament conditions, including the nerves and the pace of competitive rolling, so that when you face an opponent at a tournament, it feels like just another day in the gym.
Weight Management
Competing requires discipline outside the gym too. I help guide you through safe, sustainable weight management strategies for your specific category—whether you are aiming for -76kg or -77kg—so you are strong and energetic on match day, not drained.
The Team Aspect
You will see in these photos that we do not go to tournaments alone. We go as a team. We warm up together, watch each other's matches, and debrief afterwards. Win or lose, every medal and every certificate is a lesson we take back to the mat in Bangalore to become better than we were yesterday.
