About this collection
You aren't going to find any passive, watered-down workouts here. We apply our signature constraints-led approach to our female athletes exactly as we do for our professional competition team, forcing you to solve problems on the mat rather than just repeating movements. Expect to sweat, test your limits, and work alongside a squad of women who are actively pushing themselves in local and national tournaments.
The atmosphere at our HBR Layout facility is built on a simple premise: if you have the fire, you belong. We have moved past the idea of separate, limited classes for women. When you step onto our mats, you are treated as a grappler first. This means you will be rolling, practicing takedowns, and learning BJJ and wrestling techniques that are tested in real scenarios.
Why Our Training is Different
We use an ecological dynamics methodology. Instead of standing in lines to drill moves that only work when your partner is standing perfectly still, you will train in game-based scenarios. This builds reaction speed and decision-making skills, which are essential for self-defense and sport BJJ. You will learn to handle pressure, manage your weight, and find your own style under the guidance of our coaches.
A Community of Fighters
Our female student base is growing because the vibe is supportive, not competitive in a toxic way. You will see beginners training right alongside women preparing for their third competition in six months. We celebrate every stripe, every promotion, and every tournament appearance.
Whether your goal is to learn functional self-defense, get competition-ready for ADCC or FMMAI nationals, or just find a group that keeps you accountable, this is your home. We are 100 percent about the grind. If you are ready to stop talking and start rolling, come see what we are about.
Reign MMA
We are #TeamReignMMA, and we treat every student like family from day one. You will find no ego here, just a squad of women who show up, work hard, and push each other to get better every single roll.
