This is the single most important rule in my gym. Training with me will test your limits. Crawling and pain are acceptable parts of the process, but quitting is not. This mindset is the foundation of every champion.

At my academy, we do not hide in air-conditioned rooms. Training happens on an open-air terrace in Koramangala where the environment itself tests your resolve.
