We do not believe in sugary, syrup-heavy mocktails. Our Sober Curious 2.0 menu is built on technique, using clarified mango juice, house-made strawberry cordials, and fresh kaffir leaves to build complex, layered profiles. Whether you are avoiding alcohol by choice or necessity, you will find our zero-proof drinks offer the same sophisticated experience as our signature craft cocktails.
Our approach to zero-proof mixology is simple: take the same ingredients and precision we use for our craft beers and spirits and apply them to non-alcoholic profiles. We want every sip to be a conversation.
