My signature creation, the Puffizza, is a story of travel and taste. This cluster is dedicated to our flaky puff pastry, which serves as a canvas for toppings inspired by the Silk Route, from the spicy curries of Southeast Asia to the comforting flavors of India. Each Puffizza is a nostalgic journey, reimagined.
Weekend Sushi Vita
Available exclusively on weekends, my Sushi Vita menu is an artful blend of Japanese tradition and culinary curiosity. Here you will find everything from classic, hand-pressed nigiri to our innovative 'Mottainai' Chirashi bowl where nothing goes to waste. Each piece is crafted with the freshest fish and perfectly seasoned rice.
The Burger Collection
I believe a burger should be a simple, hearty, and delightful experience. My culinary team has crafted a collection of gourmet burgers for every taste, from the classic Oklahoma Smashed Beef to hickory-smoked pulled pork and a luxurious quinoa tofu burger for our vegetarian guests. Each one is served on a soft, house-baked Japanese brioche bun.
