About Weekend Sushi Vita
Don't just come for the sushi, come for the theatre of it. This menu is a weekend-exclusive event at our Harlur mansion. We step away from standard rolls to focus on hand-pressed nigiri and Chirashi bowls that honour the Japanese 'Mottainai' philosophy, meaning nothing goes to waste. It is fresh, it is playful, and it is served under the arches of our patio.
Why sushi at a colonial-style mansion in Harlur? Because we believe food is about the stories it tells. Our Sushi Vita menu is not a copy-paste of a standard Japanese restaurant menu. It is a bridge between the precision of 8th-century techniques and the vibrant, bold flavours of our own kitchen in Bangalore.
We take the concept of freshness seriously. Our fish is selected for the day, and our rice is seasoned to the exact specifications that make for that perfect, melt-in-the-mouth texture. You won't find tired, mass-produced rolls here. We focus on the 'Mottainai' philosophy of zero waste. This means our Chirashi bowls are vibrant, scattered compositions of the finest cuts, designed to offer a different taste profile in every single bite.
If you are a vegetarian, our Avocado Nigiri or the Zen Garden Temaki roll will change your perspective on what plant-based sushi can achieve.
