This isn't your regular workout
We turn fitness into a dance party on the stepper. For me, it’s all about making you feel like you’re at a sangeet, not a gym. You’ll walk in for a workout and end up staying for the masti (fun) and sisterhood.
What happens in class
- High-energy, dance-based group fitness for women and kids only
- Aerobic steppers, but not just basic steps - we do full-on step choreography routines to trending tracks
- Community vibe - we sweat, laugh, and hype each other up
- Bollywood step workout? Yup, plus Punjabi beats and viral songs. Music is everything here

Our tribe & schedule
- Women and kids only - beginners, veterans, everyone’s welcome
- Aisa station jahan dosti banti hai (this is where friendships happen)
- Classes: Monday (8-9 AM, 7-8 PM), Thursday (10:30-11:30 AM), Saturday special with extra energy
- We celebrate festivals with themed dance-based cardio sessions - Holi, Dandiya, you name it

My Story
Hi, I’m Abhishek, founder of Route to Fitnness. Shuru main socha tha, ek simple gym nahi chahiye mujhe. Mera sapna tha ek happy jagah banana, especially for women and kids, jahan workout boring na ho, celebration lage. Festivals, dosti, poori energy – yahi hai hamari vibe! Yahan workout sangeet ban jaata hai, aur dosti ka naya adda milta hai. Bas, har din ek nayi masti, ek nayi story.
My Work
Group Classes for Women & Kids - Dance Fitness (Zumba, Bhangra), group stepper aerobics, HIIT, yoga, and personal training – sab hai yahan.
Bollywood Dance Workout Vibes - Workouts yahan boring nahi, full masti! Trending Bollywood songs pe dance, calories khud-b-khud melt ho jaati hain.
Women-Only Fitness Studio - Safe, supportive space for ladies only. Sisterhood feel, koi awkwardness nahi. Yahan sab apne jaise hain.
Stronger Together - Yahan gym buddies se banti hai real dosti. Hum sab ek dusre ko motivate karte hain, celebrate karte hain.
