Why Kids Love Us
Kids need fitness that feels like play, not a boring workout. At Route to Fitnness, I make sure every session is packed with masti (fun) and dosti (friendship). This is a place where your child can let loose, laugh, and move however they want.
What Happens in Class
Our dance batches run all year, mixing Zumba, Aerobics, Freestyle, Bollywood, and some full-on Bhangra. It’s not just dance-based fitness for children - it’s about discovering new moves and hidden skills, all while having a blast. Your kid brings poori energy (full energy), we bring the beats.
Who Can Join
Anyone aged 5 and up is welcome. No need to be a pro - just show up ready to move.

Our certified trainers, like Priyanshu Sir at Paschim Vihar, know how to keep things safe and fun. We focus on group fitness activities for kids, building confidence and friendships along the way.
