This is what we mean when we say our workout feels more like a sangeet performance. We bring the 'Ainvayi Ainvayi' energy to the stepper, mixing high-intensity cardio with pure Bollywood masti.

Who needs a dance floor when you have a stepper? We added our own twist to the 'Thumka' challenge, creating a full-body cardio routine that’s as fun as it is effective.

About this collection

Most people think stepper workouts are just repetitive up-and-down movements, but here, we treat it like choreography. You will be learning full routines to trending Bollywood and Punjabi tracks, which keeps your brain engaged and makes the 60 minutes fly by without feeling like a chore.

At Route to Fitnness, we have moved away from the boring gym setup. Our studio in Vikaspuri and Paschim Vihar is designed to be your 'happy place'—a sisterhood where we focus on mindset as much as physical results.
