Single Drop-in Session
Access Rights
- Entry: One scheduled group HIIT or Strength class (60 Minutes).
- Participation: Full involvement in the day's routine, including partner drills and finishers.
- Equipment: Access to functional props used during that specific class (mats, dumbbells, tires).
Facility Evaluation
- Experience: Opportunity to assess hygiene, cooling effectiveness, and instructor style.
- Support: Basic form correction and scaling options provided by the floor instructor.
Monthly Group Strength & HIIT Access
Session Details
- Frequency: Access to 6 sessions per week (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session including warm-up and cool-down.
- Batch Size: 12 to 18 participants per slot.
- Timings: Access to morning or evening slots based on batch capacity.
Training & Equipment
- Functional Strength: usage of truck tires for flips/smashes and battle ropes.
- Conditioning: High-volume bodyweight drills like burpees, planks, and animal flows.
- Weights: Circuit training using hex dumbbells and barbells.
- Audio: Workouts synchronized with high-tempo music tracks.
Facility Specs
- Flooring: Rubberized shock-absorbent tiles.
- Climate Control: Industrial fans and split AC units.
- Storage: Open cubbies and racks for personal belongings.
- Amenities: Shared changing area and restroom access.
1-on-1 Personal Training (12 Sessions)
Coaching Specifics
- Format: 1-on-1 undivided attention during the workout hour.
- Customization: Workouts tailored to injuries, post-partum recovery, or specific strength goals.
- Safety: Immediate tactile form correction and active spotting for heavy lifts.
- Pacing: Rest intervals managed according to individual heart rate recovery.
Nutrition & Tracking
- Diet Plan: Customized diet chart focused on Indian home-cooked meals and macro-adjustments.
- Measurement: Weekly weigh-ins and body measurement monitoring (inch loss focus).
- Accountability: Daily check-ins regarding meal adherence.
Equipment Priority
- Access: First priority access to equipment (ropes, tires) without waiting in rotation.
- Schedule: 3 sessions per week block (total 12 sessions).

My Story
Hi, I’m Abhishek, founder of Route to Fitnness. Shuru main socha tha, ek simple gym nahi chahiye mujhe. Mera sapna tha ek happy jagah banana, especially for women and kids, jahan workout boring na ho, celebration lage. Festivals, dosti, poori energy – yahi hai hamari vibe! Yahan workout sangeet ban jaata hai, aur dosti ka naya adda milta hai. Bas, har din ek nayi masti, ek nayi story.

Group Classes for Women & Kids - Dance Fitness (Zumba, Bhangra), group stepper aerobics, HIIT, yoga, and personal training – sab hai yahan.
Bollywood Dance Workout Vibes - Workouts yahan boring nahi, full masti! Trending Bollywood songs pe dance, calories khud-b-khud melt ho jaati hain.
Women-Only Fitness Studio - Safe, supportive space for ladies only. Sisterhood feel, koi awkwardness nahi. Yahan sab apne jaise hain.
