We don’t use the 'jack of all trades' approach where one person tries to teach boxing, wrestling, and grappling simultaneously. You get a team of four specialized trainers, each with active fight records. When we teach you a hook or a takedown, it isn’t from a textbook—it is a technique we used in a tournament last weekend. You learn what works in the ring right now, not what was popular a decade ago.
