About Indoor Yoga & Mindfulness
We do not just ask kids to stretch on a mat. We use kid-friendly props like yoga wheels to help your child safely master poses and deep stretches. These tools make the challenging parts of yoga feel like a fun game, building confidence while they learn to stay focused and calm.

- Safe Environment: We operate in an air-conditioned studio with laminate wooden flooring designed for shock absorption, ensuring your child is safe during every movement.
- Small Batches: We keep groups between 8 to 15 children. This allows us to provide hands-on assistance and ensure every child is using the correct form to avoid injury.
- Mind-Body Connection: It is not just about the physical stretch. We integrate breathing exercises and seated meditation to help kids develop better sleep cycles and sharper focus, which is essential after a long day at school.

Whether your child is super active or just starting out, they will find their place here. We encourage them to progress at their own speed. For those looking for long-term development, our quarterly package allows for skill progression, such as moving from basic stretches to holding intermediate postures like Chakrasana. We make sure every session feels fresh, so they are always excited to come back.
