This is what fitness that feels like play looks like. In my outdoor CrossFit sessions, we turn the park into an adventure course with fun challenges like agility hurdles and resistance running. It’s all about building strength and speed while having an absolute blast.
I believe in giving kids the tools for both an active body and a calm mind. Here you can see me guiding a yoga class, helping with poses like headstands and partner stretches to build flexibility, balance, and confidence in a safe, supportive indoor setting.
Time to dance. My dance fitness sessions are pure energy and joy. We just put on the music and move, learning fun routines that get our hearts pumping and our faces smiling. It’s the best kind of workout, the one that doesn’t feel like work at all.

I believe that when fitness feels like a chore, kids stop engaging. That is why I built my program around the idea that thoda fun bhi zaruri hai (a little fun is also important). We keep the energy high and the routines constantly changing so no two days are the same.
The Weekly Mix
Our schedule is built on variety to improve different skills:
- Outdoor CrossFit: We hit the landscaped areas at Emaar Palm Hills for obstacle courses, agility ladders, and cone drills. This is where they build real-world strength and speed.
- Kids Yoga: Indoors, we slow things down. We use props like yoga wheels and mats to help children work on flexibility, balance, and focus. It is the perfect counter-balance to the high-energy drills.
- Dance Fitness: We blast music and move. Whether it's Bollywood or Pop, the goal is coordination and joy, not perfect technique.
