Outdoor CrossFit & Agility

I turn the outdoors at Emaar Palm Hills into a giant playground for our Kids' CrossFit sessions. We use agility ladders, cones, hurdles, and resistance parachutes to build strength, speed, and coordination in a fun, game-like environment.

Indoor Yoga & Mindfulness

In our calm indoor studio, I guide kids through yoga poses and breathing exercises to improve flexibility, balance, and focus. I provide hands-on assistance to ensure proper form and safety, making it a relaxing and confidence-building experience for every child.

Dance Fitness Fun

This is where we turn up the music and let loose. My dance fitness classes are all about expressing joy through movement, with no pressure to be perfect. We learn fun routines that improve cardiovascular health and coordination.
