You’ll notice in these clips that we don't just jump; we follow a specific progression. Whether it's a child doing a headstand or an adult tackling a vault, every move happens on our high-density foam mats with a coach right there to spot you. We don't believe in just attempting a flip—we believe in training the safety and core strength required to land it properly every single time.
Training with the Squad
At Reflexx, we view the studio as a second home where movement is the main language. What you see in our gallery is the result of a structured, level-based system. We don't throw students into advanced tricks on day one. We start with the basics—rolls, cartwheels, and conditioning—to ensure your body is ready for the impact.
What our sessions focus on:
- Safety First: Our Rajajinagar facility is equipped with professional-grade 25mm interlocking EVA foam mats, octagonal tumblers, and crash mats. This setup allows us to train flips and vaults safely, minimizing injury risk while maximizing progress.
- Small Group Focus: We maintain an average student-to-coach ratio of 8:1. This ensures that when you're working on a new skill, a coach is present to provide manual spotting and real-time corrections.
- Skill Progression: Every movement has a syllabus. We record videos for technique analysis and ensure you hit specific milestones before moving up to the next level. This keeps the 'vibe' high and the progress measurable.
