About How We Train: Strength & Safety
A lot of people think gymnastics is just about the big flips, but the magic actually happens in the prep. In our sessions, we use 25mm EVA mats and specialized crash mats to make sure you’re always training on a surface that absorbs the impact, not your joints. Whether you're 4 or 50, my coaches are always there to spot you, guiding your movement so you can push your limits without the fear of a bad landing.
Our Approach to Movement
At Reflexx Squad, we believe that gymnastics and parkour aren't just about athletic feats—they are about building control and confidence. Our studio in Rajajinagar is designed to be a safe, dedicated space where you can experiment with movement.
The Safety Setup
We don't just rely on open floors. We use professional-grade crash mats, incline wedges, and vaulting boxes to create a controlled environment. This isn't just equipment; it’s peace of mind. It allows you to practice new movements like vaulting or handstands while knowing the ground underneath is built to protect you.
Training Philosophy
We follow a clear, level-based syllabus. You won’t be thrown into the deep end here. We start with bodyweight drills to build core stability and joint strength—the unglamorous but necessary work that makes the later tricks possible. Our student-to-coach ratio is strictly maintained at 8:1 to 12:1, meaning you get the hands-on spotting you need to master techniques safely.
Progress That Feels Real
Whether you’re working on basic cartwheels or advanced tumbling, you’ll have a roadmap. We track your progress with regular video analysis so you can see exactly where your form needs tuning. When you finally nail that backflip, it’s not luck; it’s because we built your foundation, rep by rep.
