We believe gymnastics is the foundation for every sport. Here in Banashankari, we help kids master the basics—forward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands—in a fun, safe, and pressure-free environment.

About this collection

We start every beginner on crash mats and padded flooring, so there is zero fear of falling. Our focus isn't on perfect form from day one, but on building the confidence to try a cartwheel or a handstand for the first time. You will see your child gain core strength and balance long before they nail their first clean flip.

Whether your child is 4 or 14, our beginner classes are designed to turn basic movements into milestones. We don't just teach gymnastics; we build athletic foundations.

Our Beginner Curriculum

  • Floor Foundations: We start with forward and backward rolls to get comfortable with movement, followed by wall-supported handstands to build shoulder stability.
  • Apparatus Work: Kids practice on low beams and Roman Rings. This helps with spatial awareness and grip strength without the scariness of high-altitude equipment.
  • Safety First: Every drill is supervised. We use manual spotting techniques to help kids understand the mechanics of a cartwheel or bridge before they try it solo.
