About Your Environment is Your Playground
Parkour isn't about jumping off buildings, it's about landing safely and moving with control. In our studio, we don't start with the big flips. We use specific obstacles like padded vaulting boxes and incline mats to teach you the core mechanics of a vault or a jump before you ever attempt them on a harder surface. This way, you build the muscle memory and the confidence to move without the fear of falling.
When you walk into our Rajajinagar studio, you’ll see that we’ve designed the space specifically for progression. Parkour is a skill set, not just a burst of energy, and we break it down into manageable chunks.
How We Build Your Movement
- The Foundation: Every session starts with movement drills that teach you how to fall correctly. Before you learn to fly, you have to learn how to touch the ground.
- Vaulting Mechanics: Whether it’s a Kong vault or a precision jump, we focus on hand placement and leg drive. You’ll practice over our wooden vault boxes until the movement becomes instinct.
- Wall Moves: We introduce wall runs and wall flips using crash mats. This removes the risk so you can focus entirely on your technique—the foot placement and the push-off power.
- Safe Progression: We use a level-based system. You won't be pushed into a move you aren't ready for. We celebrate the small wins, like mastering your first safe landing, just as much as we celebrate the first backflip.
Our classes are designed for everyone, regardless of your starting point. You don't need to be an athlete to start, you just need to show up. Our student-to-coach ratio (usually 8:1) means you get the hands-on spotting you need to try these movements without worry. If you are curious about how we train or want to see if this is for you, come by for a trial session. We’ll test your current movement patterns and show you exactly what your roadmap looks like.
